I am happy to discuss special commissions but will only be able to take on extra work at quieter times of the year (usually between February/March and July). But this will depend on what events/exhibitions I have coming up. Please contact me to enquire!

If you have a particular interest in something I have made in the past but not currently in stock, please get in touch and I will add you to the waiting list (but please be aware that you may have to wait around 6-8 weeks for delivery depending on current work/firing schedules).

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or requests…
You can reach me via my contact page or directly via email at hello@antkellycreations.co.uk
My hands are often mucky with clay, but I’ll do my very best to get back to you within 48 hours!

Every item is carefully ‘double wrapped’ by me for postage which means that even the smallest of items may be posted in a much larger pack than you would think necessary to ensure safe delivery…
Items are sent out by Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ as standard. Should you need something sooner please get in touch to arrange ‘Tracked 24’ or Special Delivery at an extra cost….
Please note that I am currently only posting to the UK.

If you aren't entirely happy with your purchase from Ant Kelly Creations, you have up to 14 days to contact me at hello@antkellycreations.co.uk to arrange a return.
Returned items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging for a full refund. Please note that the cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Unless faulty, items that are personalised, bespoke or made to your specific requirements are NON-REFUNDABLE
In the unlikely event that your item/s arrive damaged or broken, please contact me within 2 working days and send photographs of the item/s to hello@antkellycreations.co.uk
As every item is lovingly handmade in small quantities, so it may not be possible for an exchange to be made. I will do my best to offer an agreeable solution to the issue - if an alternative item cannot be supplied, a refund will be made.
